Return & Refund



All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Customer service is our number one priority. You can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for the following reasons:

  • You do not receive the items within the time frame of 10 to 30 days (in some countries 45 days )
  • You received the wrong item
  • You do not want the unused merchandise (customer is responsible for return shipping fees)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • The order does not arrive due to the customer providing the wrong address at the time of purchase.
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (Ex. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Merchandise has been opened and/or it's not in its original condition.

  • You do not contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please write return under subject box. List your name and the reason for return.

  • Ship merchandise back to us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refund will be issued within 7 business days once the item is received.   *Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.*
